BFI NETWORK South West Talent Mixer with British Council

    Watershed

Friday August 2nd, 6 – 8pm

Watershed, Bristol (Waterside 1 & 2)

BFI NETWORK South West and the British Council Film Team are holding a regional talent mixer event for South West writers, directors and producers.
The event is a chance to hear more about British Council’s Travel Grant Scheme, which has recently been further developed to help filmmakers travel to international labs, as well as international short film festivals.
Come along and hear from filmmakers who have travelled internationally with the support of the scheme, and meet some of the British Council’s Film Team as well as network with other South West creatives.
Half of the event is seated and therefore the event capacity is extremely limited. Please only book your free ticket if you are certain you can make it. If you book a ticket and then find yourself unable to attend, you must inform us in good time before the event.
Not turning up or cancelling last minute reduces the opportunities we are able offer to regional talent and impacts on our ability to continue to provide these free events.  Please help us by only booking if you definitely intend to come.
You can register for your free ticket via Eventbrite here.
If you would like to find out about opportunities, funding, events and more for creative talent in the South West, please sign up for the BFI NETWORK South West newsletter and make sure to follow us on twitter and join our facebook page.

This BFI NETWORK event is supported by the British Council.
