This fund is currently closed and will re-open in Spring 2026. The Short Film Fund awards £5,000 – £25,000 of National Lottery money to producer-and-director teams to help with the production of scripted films of up to 15 minutes, in either live action, animation or immersive. This highly competitive fund opens once per year and supports any genre within fiction.
