Pilgrim (2021)

Marguerite and Brigid, two friends, set out on a journey to a Scottish island and the house where the former’s birth mother lived and died. The quest for answers and revelations is fraught with the struggles of the body, the mind, of history, inheritance, womanhood and personhood. As the two women make the odyssey through their respective ‘dark night of the soul’, they are faced with and must navigate landscapes both internal and physical, known and unknown, visible and invisible.
