What we do
Founded in 2011, we organise an annual film festival which takes place in December at the Watershed Media Centre, as well as community and arts venues across Bristol and the South West.
It features compelling and thought-provoking films, including documentaries, features and short films, by both established and emerging artists. Each year, guest filmmakers and commentators add contextual depth to the films through live events.
We also run workshops, poetry readings, concerts and socially engaged artistic works by Palestinians, or on themes related to Palestine. There is a wealth of creative content coming out of Palestine and its diaspora and, with few other outlets in the UK, BristolPFF provides a much-needed showcase for this work.
