Talent, Comms & Outreach Coordinator and New Voices Manager
Ella is the Talent Comms & Outreach Coordinator/New Voices Manager for the BFI NETWORK team. Ella previously worked at Knowle West Media Centre as a Junior Producer, which included developing creative talent, delivering media commissions and working with clients such as Barnardos, University of Bristol, and WECA.
In their personal filmmaking practice, Ella’s films have been broadcast on BBC Four and streamed on BBC iPlayer. As a Casting Director, they have worked on short films screened at Raindance Film Festival and British Shorts, featured by platforms including TAPE Collective and Girls On Film, and supported by funding from Bad Wolf.
