Speak Out Event – This Friday
Adibah Iqbal on an important event coming up to raise awareness about emotional abuse.
Speak Out – Against Emotional Abuse is a new project that aims to raise awareness about emotional abuse in young people’s relationships, help prevent it and provide support for victims. Much needed, right?!
So, on Friday, 18th July (this Friday) they are holding an event at The Station called Speak Out –Emotional Abuse Awareness Event between 17.30 – 20.00.
There will be a variety of stalls and talks throughout the evening including: 4YP Bristol, The Mentality Project, Avon & Somerset Police, Brook, Next Link and many more!
Oh and there will be FREE refreshments and music.
The event is open (and free) for all young people, their families, and anyone working with them.
